Who are we?

J&N Consulting is a consulting organization focused almost exclusively on the staffing industry.  We have backgrounds in technology, operations and marketing (domestic & international).

We are a small company, but what we lack in size, we make up for in experience.  We are very good at what we do.

What do we do?

J&N Consulting offers expertise in most aspects of the staffing industry -- from building a branch, to staffing and running an onsite program, to all things technology-related (although, we aren't as strong with network infrastructure as some of our friends)

We have ...

• developed custom software, for both the front- and back-office.  We know how to turn a confusing, semi-documented list of user issues into actual functional specification documents, and users love us for that
• designed and implemented operations programs, including full process mockups and writing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals, for staffing companies and executive search firms.  We have also been involved in literally dozens of MSP programs, from before the term MSP even existed
  
• overseen more systems-interface projects than you can shake a stick at (more than we'd care to admit, really)

• help you with whatever technology project you are working on, either by just providing guidance based on our knowledge of the industry, or by actually creating custom software (or somewhere in-between)
  
• close up the gaps in your incomplete operations plan(s)
• help you uncover the inefficiencies in most of your operations -- those things that cause the most noise from your internal team members
